Family time, personal space, Cuddle Up cabin staff were very helpful and attentive. Onsite check-in/checkout options were beneficial since we were not sure how late we would arrive to the cabin.

We enjoyed the decorations, the hot tub, the quiet setting, the natural beauty of the surroundings, the amount of kitchen items provided (pots, pans, utensils, dishes, spices, etc), the porch swing, the proximity to town - everything!

We had a great time. Christmas in Blue Ridge was quiet, relaxing and peaceful. The town was decorated like when we were kids. The cabin was perfect. If you are looking for a place to get away from it all, this is the place to be. This was the best vacation we have ever taken.

Thank you Sue for having the cabin in wonderful shape when we arrived. The cabin is clean and comfortable. The hot tub was great and we enjoyed long walks in the woods (even on our last day in the snow!) Or gas log fireplace ran out of gas on Sunday night. Wayne came out to fix it on Monday evening. He was very helpful! A gas deliver was made that night even though it was after hours. Thank you for addressing the issue so quickly!

Beautiful cozy cabin! Loved the cozy setting by the fireplace; Big comfortable master bedroom. Loved the view out the deck window of the woods. Very private--a perfect romantic getaway. Nice kitchen and other amenities!
