Located in the foothills up of the Cohutta Mountains, Treasure in the Trees’ location gives guests all the convenience of a modern and luxurious “base camp,” with the majesty of a long range views! The lush greens of spring and summer, the rich reds, shimmering golds and blazing orange of fall highlight spread before you. Treasure in the Trees’ massive prow front brings the spectacular beauty of this scene inside, bathing the cabin’s great room and kitchen in natural light and opening the space to airy mountain views.   

Built in the aptly named Big Sky community, guests of Treasure in the Trees have the security of gated access, community paths and trails for leisurely strolls and two private fishing ponds at their disposal. What better way to spend a lazy afternoon with the kids than casting a line and taking in the cool mountain air? How about reconnecting with friends and family testing out the Treasure in the Trees game room? Shuffle board, electronic darts, a corn hole set and even a putting green are at guests’ disposal to inspire a little friendly competition, something that is sure to lend to a few mountain memories in the making! Located on the terrace level  the game room offers plenty of opportunity for fun and can accommodate two guests on the cabin futon. The cabin’s third bedroom is also located on this level and is furnished to sleep 4 guests, in a queen bed and two twin beds.

From holiday family feasts to a casual buffet for game day grazing, Treasure in the Tree’s fully equipped kitchen and spacious open floor plan meet every need. Along with the bed and full bath, guests will also find what they have come to expect of traditional cabin design, the warmth created by tongue and groove woodwork, the peaceful ambiance created by a crackling fireplace, the tasteful touches of cabin décor here and there combine to create a cozy and beckoning retreat. And one of the most irresistible spots in Treasure in the Trees is the serenity of the cabin’s loft level Master Suite. It is easy to feel a world away, secluded in the highest perch of this mountain retreat, sleep in late cuddled up in a king bed, wash away the adventures of the day in an large tiled shower or rejuvenate with a well-deserved long soak in the master suite’s jacuzzi tub.

Whether you choose to spend your next vacation “staying in” and enjoying everything the cabin and its community has to offer, or you decide to venture to one of the North Georgia Mountains great local attract Treasure in the Trees can easily accommodate. The cabin is only 20 minutes from the unique charm of historic downtown Blue Ridge, and just 15 minutes from McCaysville.  Fly fishing, boating on Lake Blue Ridge, hiking, tubing on the Toccoa and rafting on the Ocoee River are all just outside the cabin’s back door!  

*This cabin is in a gated community and does not tolerate Fireworks or Firearms. It is a residential community and all rules made by HOA & Rental Company will be followed. If any rules are broken then guest will be fined $500 per the rental agreement that guests sign.
